Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
